Live Mortgage Free - Reverse Your Mortgage For Ever!

By: Andy Guides

People who feel they can't live mortgage free or save on their mortgage loans unless they go homeless have got it all wrong. Deplorably, because of the trap of mortgage, many do such mistakes thinking they are escaping mortgage loans.

The truth is this -- it's possible for anyone to still enjoy a home and pay the mortgage without pains.

If you are among those who now wonder how you can do this and still afford your present cost of living, have no fear; it's indeed possible. Because I've been there and done that I can confidently say it's not difficult to achieve.

The noble act of paying your mortgage loan quite early is a very good thing to do, regardless whether you have the cash for this or not. It's a false assumption for those who think paying off their mortgage is just a matter of putting aside thousands of extra dollars monthly. On the other hand, if you, as a homeowner, plans carefully, does some adjustment in your budget, and are determined, you can easily pay off your mortgage debt.

Did you know that there are many who have paid off their mortgage in just 5 years? Think this is a joke?

None, all it will take is for you to sacrifice to achieve this.

Do you want to know the exact steps to take to achieve this?

To get started, don't give in to the urge to spend all your tax refunds each year on boats, cars and other such spending sprees. Rather than this, put the yearly tax refund payment into repaying the mortgage loans. Nobody is saying you should repay the entire mortgage loan at one time; just paying $50 to $100 extra per month will go a long way in repaying the debt in years.

It's wiser if you took a fishing trip that's very close to where you live, rather than one that's very far away from you. It will pay off for you if you celebrate your anniversary close home this time instead of travel far away as you used to do.

It will astonish ladies if they are told the money they spend each month on spa treatments and other such expenses; such could be saved if they learnt to do their spa treatments, manicures and pedicures themselves. If you're a guy and desire to pay off your mortgage, I recommend giving up on your weekly golfing; instead make it monthly so that you can save the extra and pay it towards your mortgage.

If you desire to shave off 6 whopping years from your mortgage payment years, get into the habit of paying hundreds of dollars extra all the time. The easy little extra payments you make every now and then can go a very long way to increase your savings. It'll be foolish to miss such opportunity.

It doesn't matter if you are receiving very low wages; you can save an extra $10 to $25 each and every month by cutting down on other expenses. It's wise to talk to your lender about the possibility to increase the payments on your mortgage, if you can afford paying the extra. Of course you can always go back to paying the old amount you were paying before.

Why use up all your tax refund money when you can put it aside each time and use it as payment for your mortgage? If you have a craze for entertainment, vacations and other such extra spending, open a separate account for these purposes. The purpose of all these is not for you to start living like a month, but for you to get into the mind frame of living a life of balance instead of a life of wasteful spending. Cut down on the amount you spend on entertainment a bit, not stop it completely. Instead of going out weekly, cut it down to monthly.

Learn the discipline of moderate living; this will give you extra money that you can pay towards your mortgage loans. Get a calculator out now and check it out. I still haven't seen anyone that won't prefer to save thousands or even hundreds of thousands of dollars during the life of a mortgage.

The wise folks know that there's more to owning a home than selling their lives. Of course anyone can pay their mortgage in as little as 5 to 10 years if they applied the required budget and discipline to pay a little extra each month.
